Mission Statement

Enhance public safety and support community well‑being by providing structured, evidence‑based supervision and rehabilitative services for eligible non‑violent offenders. We strive to reduce recidivism, restore individual dignity, hold offenders accountable to victims and community, and offer opportunity for positive transformation while maintaining fairness, integrity, and efficient use of public resources.
