Abby Wooley Park

Abby Wooley Park has a playground, walking track, and more.
Akridge Arboretum Park

The Akridge Arboretum Park is a one acre park that was established in 1993 and developed around the Historic Presbyterian Church which is now used for weddings and reunions.
Alabaster Municipal Park

Alabaster Municipal Park is located between Thompson Middle School and Thompson Intermediate School.
Almont Park

Almont Park contains a basketball court, a paved walking track, a playground, two pavilions, and a restroom facility.
Beeswax Creek Park

Beeswax Creek Park, located off State Highway 145 in the Columbiana / Wilsonville area on Lay Lake, lies adjacent to Beeswax Landing. The day use only park, located on property leased from Alabama Power Company, was built and is maintained by Shelby County.
Buck Creek Park

The park is maintained by the City of Alabaster.
Cahaba Lily Park

Cahaba Lily Park offers amenities and conveniences including children's playground, swing set, restrooms, picnic areas, 4 pavilions with grills and lighted walking trails.
Cahaba River Park

The Cahaba River Park is a joint venture between the Alabama Forever Wild Land Trust and Shelby County with the County taking the lead on development of outdoor amenities at the park.
Carroll Park

Carroll Park is a City of Pelham passive park located on the southern end of Chandalar Subdivision at the intersection of Chandalar Drive and Chandalar Court.
Chelsea Recreational Park

Chelsea Recreational Park, divided by a creek, is a diverse park built through cooperation between the City of Chelsea and Shelby County. The two sides are linked via a bridge on a lighted paved walking trail with benches.
Coker Park

Located in Mallard Pointe Subdivision, Coker Park is a City of Pelham passive park which features a 1/2 mile long paved walking track.
Columbiana Sports Complex

Columbiana Sports Complex is a joint venture with shared financing between Shelby County and the City of Columbiana. Shelby County provided site engineering and contracted for site preparation and built or contracted all of the park's amenities. The park is maintained by the City of Columbiana.
Creekview Neighborhood Park

Creekview Neighborhood Park is a City of Pelham passive park located in Oak Mountain Estates Subdivision. The park features swings and a large grassy area where tranquil picnics or relaxation may occur. A tree lined Cahaba Valley Creek meanders along its eastern boundary.
Depot Park

Depot Park has picnic areas and is a great place to exercise.
Double Oak Park

Double Oak Park is approximately 750 acres. Other features at the park include the following: One Large Pavilion, Restrooms, Hiking Trails, and Mountain Bike Trails
Dunnavant Valley Park

Dunnavant Valley Park is approximately 12 acres and includes a 1.5 acre pond.
Eagle Sports Complex

Eagle Park features two baseball/softball complexes that include seven fields with a 10-lane covered batting cage facility, and soccer complex for soccer and football.
Eco Park

The University of Montevallo wishes to develop a student retreat area on the campus lake. UM has proposed to build a lodge with classroom space which can be utilized by both UM teachers and students as well as students and teachers from secondary schools across the state.
Forest Park & Recreational Area

Forest Park and Recreation Area is approximately 100 acres.
Fun Go Holler Park

Fun Go Holler Park features a softball field with press box, children's playground, lighted walking trail, basketball court and restrooms.
George Dailey Park

Among the park features are a tot lot, a picnic pavilion, swings and a playground. The park is approximately 1 acre in size. The park is fully fenced and located in front of the Montevallo Middle School.
George W. Roy Recreational Park

The George W. Roy Recreational Park has picnic pavilions, a playground, and more.
Gorman Park

Located on the Coosa River, the park contains a paved boat launch with parking for nine truck/trailers, an adjacent launch pier, a fishing pier, and a group pavilion for large gatherings.
Heardmont Park

Heardmont Park covers seventy-four acres which includes the Oak Mountain High School Football Stadium with rubberized track, 7 baseball fields, 2 softball fields, 3 soccer fields, playground facilities, walking trails, 4 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, and a senior center located within the park.
Helena Sports Complex

Helena Sports Complex has baseball and football fields.
Helms Park

Helms Park has baseball fields and a concessions stand.
Heroes Park

Heroes Park has picnic areas and a walking track.
J. W. Donahoo Park

J.W. Donahoo Park is a joint venture with shared financing between Shelby County and the Town of Harpersville. Shelby County coordinated engineering, construction and contracting of park amenities.
Joe Tucker Park

Joe Tucker Park is maintained by the City of Helena.
Kiwanis Park

Kiwanis Park in Columbiana has baseball fields and tennis courts.
Limestone Park

Limestone Park in Alabaster is approximately 100 acres of locally rare habitats including one of the largest beaver marshes in the area, a Water Tupelo Swamp (rare in this part of the state), wet marsh, and open grasslands.
Oak Meadow Park

Oak Meadow Park has a playground and football field.
Oak Mountain State Park

As Alabama's largest park, Oak Mountain provides 9,940 acres of pine-studded ridges and lush green hardwood bottoms. Runner's World Magazine recently named the running trails at Oak Mountain as one of "The Crown Jewels," listing them among the Top 25 Best Trail Runs in America.
Oliver Park

The park is maintained by the City of Calera.
Orr Park

Orr Park has a large recreation center which houses several community programs including the Shelby County Senior Citizens Program and the Children's Recreation Program.
Pea Ridge Community Park

Pea Ridge Community Park located off Highway 10 in Montevallo has amenities such as a walking trail, baseball field, playground, and restroom facilities.
Pelham City Park

Pelham City Park features two playgrounds.
Shelby Park

Shelby Park (located on the site of the old Shelby Elementary School) was donated by the Shelby County Board of Education. The park was financed and built, and is maintained by Shelby County.
Shoal Creek Park

Located on Highway 119 in Montevallo, the park features a pavilion with restrooms, scenic views along Shoal Creek, open fields, walking and hiking trails with plans for more to be added in 2019, enjoy birdwatching, and picnicking.
Sonny Penhale Park

Serving as the City's sports complex, the park has lighted baseball and soccer fields.
Spain Park Sports Complex

Spain Park is a spacious park featuring two baseball fields, two softball fields, public batting cages, and a children's playground. Adjacent to Veterans Park on Valleydale, and Hoover's Spain Park High School.
Stephen's Park

Stephens Park features a lighted sports complex with five fields used for baseball and softball. The complex has batting cages and a concession stand building with restrooms. The park has a fishing lake and a nearly 3/4 mile long paved trail used for walking and biking.
Sterrett Park

Sterrett Park has walking paths and a playground.
Vandiver Park

Vandiver Park is located next to the Vandiver Volunteer Fire Department and has a paved walking trail, a basketball court, a playground with swing sets, a play meadow and 4 picnic pavilions.
Veterans Park Alabaster

Events hosted at facility include numerous baseball and softball tournaments including the Alabama Community College Conference Championships.
Veterans Park on Valleydale

Veterans Park on Valleydale features 5K and 8K cross country courses, 4 beach volleyball courts, 2 pavilions, and 2 children's playgrounds with swingsets.
Vincent Municipal Park

The park is maintained by the City of Vincent.
Warrior Park

Warrior Park has baseball fields and a concessions stand.
Westover Park

Westover Park is a joint venture with shared financing between Shelby County and the Town of Westover.
Willie B. Arrington Park

Willie B. Arrington Park is under development.
Yellow Leaf Park

Yellow Leaf Park has a softball field with batting cages and a concession stand that operations during the season. Restrooms are located near the concession stand.
