Carroll Park is a City of Pelham passive park located on the southern end of Chandalar Subdivision at the intersection of Chandalar Drive and Chandalar Court. The park is a large open grassy area bordered on its north by Cahaba Valley Creek. It is an ideal area for a tranquil picnic, whether using a provided picnic table or spreading out a blanket.
