• Waste Management dedicated support for Shelby County
  Waste Management now has a dedicated community website for Shelby County - home.wm.com/shelby-county-al.
  This hub is the community's one-stop resource for everything related to waste, including guidelines, pickup schedules (regular and holiday), and quick access to submit service requests and get in touch with WM. WM's goal is to empower Shelby County residents with easy-to-navigate resources that guide them through self-service options and benefits.

• Billing Information:
  All billing is done through Waste Management, the service provider, on a quarterly basis. Please visit - home.wm.com/shelby-county-al to setup autopay for your Waste Management account using the account number from your Waste Management billing statement. Be aware that you will need to update your autopay account if any costs changes occur to prevent a shortage in payment.

• WM is launching new ways for customers to pay and payment policy changes.

Helpful Service reminders

• Please have cans out early for service – routes begin at 7:00am.
• Please bag all garbage. This helps keep our yards and streets clear of blown trash.
• Do not overload carts; be sure the lid closes completely to help ensure the truck can properly service the container.

If you are setup with Autopay on your Waste Management account, please be sure to make these adjustments for your October-December payment submission.
